Do you have a comfortable life, still you are often frustrated and rarely in a joyful state?

Could it be that you want to control your life too much?
Next time you feel frustrated check-in with yourself: is this thing you are disappointed by really in your control or something which is not in your (human) hands?

To be in an energetic, positive state, let’s focus on what you can control daily and that is:
-how connected you are to yourself,
-how present you are,
-what you are focusing on,
-which vibes are you nurturing.

Here are my 7 tips which will help you to be in a positive, joyful state every day:

1. Start and end your days with listing 3 things you are grateful for. You can practice this with your partner, friends or family as well.

2. Plan every day one special act of kindness.

3. Find your way to connect to yourself, to express your feelings, to create: it could be writing, playing an instrument, painting, photography.. something which brings you into the flow state.
Do it at least weekly.

4. Look into the mirror and instead of judging give yourself a compliment every morning.

5. Change the way you are talking to yourself. Rephrase everything you would not say to a child. One sentence at a time.

6. Give yourself the support you maybe never had: find an affirmation which empowers you or can calm you down. Be there for you, be kind and forgiving.

7. Read, watch or listen to inspiring content every day for a few minutes.

Try it for at least 20 days and let me know about your experience!
