Waking up at 5 AM to
– exercise,
– self-reflect,
– learn something new in your first hour.
No?!
Don’t worry, me neither.
I believe in testing out what is good for us individually:
1. Which are your IDEAL bedtime HOURS?
At what time is the most easiest to wake up? Are you affected by the sunlight?
For me going to bed at 11PM changed everything: I am waking up with ease, naturally at 7/8AM. (instead of 10)
2. Do you have RITUALS around sleeping?
It is important to have a nice flow going to bed + coming out of sleep: for ex. a hot bath, reading, listening to music..
My morning ritual consist of meditation, planning + a healthy breakfast.
3. What is the BEST way for you to EXERCISE: is it running, workout, yoga or dancing?
Find something you truly enjoy. Make your routine easy +simple.
My sport time is in the afternoon or evening. I am rollerblading instead of running + for bad weather I have a 30 minutes workout or yoga at home available. No space for excuses.
4. Which are the best times + ways for you to LEARN? Are you a book, audio or video person?
I am a big fan of audiobooks!
5. Who are the people who inspire you + make you smile?
CONNECT with them daily.
I am also scheduling weekly “Inspiration talks” with people in my network to learn from them and have some great conversations.
